Questions we hear before the first call.

Something not covered here? Call the office at (319) 393-9229, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

No. Fleming Irrigation gives free estimates on new installations. Call (319) 393-9229 or send a message and the office will set a time to look at the property.

Fleming does not trench lawns. A machine pulls the pipe underground, holes for the heads are dug by hand, and shrub and perennial beds are hand dug. An experienced site manager stays on site for the whole installation.

A winterization notice goes out each fall, typically in October. The lines are blown out and, where there is one, the RPZ backflow device is removed and kept in heated storage over winter.

Yes. Six Fleming employees are certified by the state for RPZ backflow testing. We test the device, complete the paperwork and submit it to your municipality.

Service and repair run year round, by phone or email, and most service requests are filled the same day.

Fleming Irrigation works from Palo across Eastern Iowa, including Cedar Rapids, Hiawatha, Marion, North Liberty, Iowa City, Coralville, Tiffin, Solon and Mount Vernon.

A demonstration of the controller, water supply and rain sensor, a full warranty on parts and labor, and an as-built drawing of your system that Fleming keeps in its permanent files.
